What happens if I don't pay on time?
Our payment system automatically deducts your credit/debit card, but on occasions when the payment is failing on customer's end, your servers will be automatically deleted. But don't worry, will keep a backup on our system. You can retrieve you servers by paying your overdues and contacting our support team. Just click support under your dashboard and leave us a chat message. Kindly include your username and email address in the message.
