How do I know if I have the Hostari panel or ValheimServerHosting panel?
At ValheimServerHosting, we offer two different control panels depending on your needs. If you need more advanced functionality (such as FTP), we offer the Hostari panel. If you don't particularly need features like FTP, we offer the ValheimServerHosting panel.
If your server is hosted on our US-Central datacenter, you have the ValheimServerHosting panel. If your server is hosted on our US-West and US-East datacenters, you have the Hostari panel.
To verify which datacenter your server is hosted in, login to your ValheimServerHosting dashboard and navigate to your server's "Manage Server" page.
Currently, control panels are fixed depending on which datacenter you pick. For example, if you need FTP, you will need to start a server in our US-West or US-East datacenters. We are constantly looking into the possibility of offering both types of control panels for all datacenters in the future.
